The ClearHorizon Foundation exists to strengthen communities across Virginia by expanding access to equitable mental health care, behavioral health support, and essential community resources. Grounded in the principles of we listen, act, and transform, we are committed to reaching individuals and families who have historically been underserved and ensuring that every person is seen, valued, and supported.

As part of our mission, we actively provide grant opportunities to community-based organizations and individuals, with a focused investment in human resources development, workforce training, and organizational capacity building.
